I'm trying a autoinstallation with ssh=1, but since I install a lot of packages, this will take some time until I reach second stage.
In the meantime another wild guess: Did you enable sshd service in the profile?
Jup. But don't get me wrong: the ssh connection is functionable. The connection isn't broken. But after a few minutes it claims about a X connection, that seems to be broken.
Seems to be an X problem.
When I log in with "ssh -X root@...." it hangs. WHen I do a console installation by "ssh root@...." (without a X display) the installation goes on and hangs later, but this is a other problem I think.
How do you specify the reboot before doing second stage? My second stage is without reboot, so my experience is different: Hm, my X connection suddenly stops working in System Configuration after installing additional rpms (stuff I need for sssd, but not explicitly selected in <packages>). In fact the machine stops network (unpingable) and on tty10 it says: wicked: device eth0: operation timed out So I think it fails to configure eth0 by DHCP. Since no ttys allow login, I have to send ctrl+alt+del, does not work, so I have to reset. After that machien comes up fully configured. -- Mit freundlichen Gruessen, Andreas Vetter Stellv.
