So I checked my original autoinst.xml. <device_map_entry> <firmware>hd0</firmware> <linux>/dev/disk/by-id/ata-Hitachi_HDS721680PLA380_PVE201Z8T78N9M</linux> </device_map_entry> I changed the <linux> entry to "/dev/sda/" because on other machines the id of the disk is different. So with that config in 11.2 I had no trouble. I don't know yet another way to cope with different disk-ids...
