can not create an 64 bit auto-install with a 32-bit system (can not select 64-bit packages)

hello, i have a 32-bit system(SuSE 9.2 Professional) installed, can i create an auto-install for a 64-bit system with my 32-bit system? (i can not select any 64-bit package, only 32-bit packages) OR i must install a 64-bit system to create a 64-bit auto-install(to select 64-bit packages)? thx marco manngatter
