[opensuse-autoinstall] Installing SLES 10 security updates with PXE

I use PXE with Autoyast to install SLES 10 SP2. I am trying to include some of the security updates during SLES installation. Do I need need to use add_on_products feature to install the updated packages? Is there a way to update the SLES 10 SP2 media with the updated packages?
