Yep, this is for 13.2.
I think I'd read something about a bug like that. Haven't gotten far enough yet here to test the process. Hope it works when I get there.
The problem probably is something else… A colleague has a working profile with add-on-repos for 13.2, so the problem is somewhere (else) in my profile.
