please check the /var/log/YaST2/y2log file for this string: "executing mkisofs -o /tmp/image.iso" and see if there is an error after that log. It looks like the mkisofs call failed Do you have mkisofs installed actually? :)
Thanks, good call, that did the trick. Actually, I had no idea how that stuff works in the background. Where is that documented?
