PXE install

Not having a bootnet.img like floppy image forces us to use a CDrom image containing the necessary kernel and initrd etc. But, I would like to be able to install many clients through network, so I would like to use a PXE server to serve the initrd and the kernel if possible. The problem is that I am forced to use a PXE server on Windows ;( Does anybody have any suggestion as to how I can configure on this server? Yes, there is a DHCP service running there, as well.
