[opensuse-autoinstall] problems using autoyast

Hello, I've an problem concerning autoyast: My customised CD behaves very well if I remove the autoyast=file:///autoinst.xml which i append to the grub options. But if I add this, I get this error msg: Could not find openSuSE Installation Source Activating manual setup program. (See attached screenshot). If I hit 5 times enter the gui starts and autoyast install everything as expected. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong here?
