Sorry, I reinstalled the server from scratch, since I had no time to wait and it works now (unfortunatly i haven't saved the old logfiles). I can't figure out what I did wrong the first place, except that i used numbers in the path to the repesitory (eg. "/usr/install/8.2") with a softlink ("/usr/install/current"). I now placed it directly under /usr/install and as I said it works now. -Stefan -----Original Message----- From: Anas Nashif [mailto:nashif@suse.de] Sent: 27. september 2003 02:56 To: Stefan Pahrmann Cc: 'suse-autoinstall@suse.com' Subject: Re: [suse-autoinstall] Error configuring software base-selection Stefan Pahrmann wrote:
Hi,
I'm trying to do an unattended install, where i put the install files from 8.2 on a nfs-share and the xml-files on a http-server. The installer retrieves the xml-file, but when autoyast tries to configure the software-selections (i just use "default" for now) it put following error-message on the screen:
Error Could not set base selection: default
Any hints for solving this problem?
Possible causes: You NFS setup is not OK. Could you send me the y2logs? Anas
Best regards Stefan
