I'm trying to install SLES10 RC2 a pSeries node with autoyast. In my autoyast config file, I did not put any bootloader section in it. According the SLES doc http://www.suse.de/~ug/autoyast_doc/CreateProfile.Bootloader.html, it should work, and it did work on a xSeries node, but it failed on a pSeries node.
BTW, the partition information in the autoyast config file is quite simple, but it work well on SLES9: <partitioning config:type="list"> <drive> <device>/dev/sda</device> <use>all</use> </drive> </partitioning>
I really hope I can use this simple partition configuration in SLES10 since we need to installed mutilple nodes based on one autoyast config file. And I knew there is a bug in RC2 if I use the partition information from autoinst.xml that is created by autoyast.
