I have problems partitioning the harddisk with autoyast1 with newer hardware: it takes a long time and Yast times out. So I tried to upgrade the kernel of the boot-floppy, but then the system hangs during installation when the installed system is started (I can see with ps that an additional mount of the NFS directory fails). The startup can be continued by CTRL-C. After a reboot it is possible to mount NFS directories. W. Beck
