Keyboard is still US within X server

      Hello,

I have auto-installed a number of machines now, and when in a terminal
outside of the X server (i.e. in runlevel 3, for example), the keyboard
works fine.

However, when I use runlevel 5, and use the "Konsole" or if I login and run
"startx", the keyboard within X is still using the US layout.

Here is the <general> part of the XML config, which I'm pretty sure is
correct, but it's not setting the keyboard layout within X.
