[opensuse-artwork] Question on openSUSE logo usage in commercial website
Hi, I would like to use a banner with the openSUSE logo (and link to project's website) on a commercial website. Why doing that? because I am starting up a company and I would like to put that banner there on the webpage :) I won't be stating that I work or sell for Novell/openSUSE, it is just a regular banner, and I am not sure if I can use the logo there. Hi Ricardo. For such use cases, you have to ask permission to use trademarked openSUSE material first: http://news.opensuse.org/2009/03/02/opensuse-trademark-guidelines-released/ That request will be forwarded to the Board, and we'll decide :) cheers -- -o) Pascal Bleser <pascal.bleser@opensuse.org> /\\ http://opensuse.org -- I took the green pill _\_v FOSDEM::6+7 Feb 2010, Brussels, http://fosdem.org
