[opensuse-artwork] Business Cards
Hello fellow artists! I started a small hack at http://gitorious.org/opensuse/business-cards (checkout with git clone git://gitorious.org/opensuse/business-cards.git like the page says). This repo contains a small shellscript and a template. When the script is run it asks for the user details and uses the template to generate customized business cards. I tried to create a nice template, but I'm not an artist, so ... :-) If you have time you can look at the template and I'm very open to your suggestions. Thanks for your time! -- Best Regards / S pozdravom, Pavol RUSNAK SUSE LINUX, s.r.o openSUSE Boosters Team Lihovarska 1060/12 PGP 0xA6917144 19000 Praha 9, CR prusnak[at]suse.cz http://www.suse.cz -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+help@opensuse.org
hi we can try do something for you. but i need to know if there are any restrictions as far as the printing of these cards such as colour count or any other considerations that need to be taken into account. Thanks On Mon, 01 Feb 2010 14:51:10 -0400, Pavol Rusnak <prusnak@suse.cz> wrote:

Guess the card design will have to hint openSUSE anyway. It adds value to the card holder. :) -- Srikrishna Das (krish at irc.freenode.net) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+help@opensuse.org

No restrictions. Go wild! We can still include more templates ... -- Best Regards / S pozdravom, Pavol RUSNAK SUSE LINUX, s.r.o openSUSE Boosters Team Lihovarska 1060/12 PGP 0xA6917144 19000 Praha 9, CR prusnak[at]suse.cz http://www.suse.cz -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+help@opensuse.org

There was a very nice openSUSE business card by Bryen. I believe he can also share his template. -- Sankar P http://psankar.blogspot.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+help@opensuse.org

Hello, Try to keep in mind that prusnak try to make a generator for doing business cards like the fedora project has. So u need a special supplier for this form of cards! Or u print it on normal cards! br gnokii Am Montag, den 22.02.2010, 14:50 +0100 schrieb Piotr Krakowiak:

I have added my business card proposal to that page. It's a classic design with few colours and no background so that it's cheaper to print. Greetings, -- Javier Llorente
