[opensuse-artwork] Some images that will make good illustrations and about tasks
Development of openSUSE Factory: http://www.flickr.com/photos/adrianschroeter/8601272406/ (Climbing.) The 13.1 Release Candidate: http://www.flickr.com/photos/adrianschroeter/8601157724/ (Getting out of the fog.) Derivatives: http://www.flickr.com/photos/adrianschroeter/8601225572/ (Not all lizards are geekos.) Evergreen ie. Long Term Support (LTS): http://www.flickr.com/photos/adrianschroeter/8326577572/ (Classic building and people around it.) When we speak about tasks around openSUSE artwork, there are some that doesn't take a lot of time: Browsing photos on the web and pointing out good ones: * When you are in the mood. * Keep in mind openSUSE topics, and see how to relate them to stories told in the pictures, then post links and explain your vision. For list of topics look at the wiki http://en.opensuse.org/Category:Portals . Does this interfere with 13.1 release process? No. It is mainly for the people that have no time to learn about release process and how to contribute to that. It is not meant to be support for release process as in creating graphics for distribution. At best, it will help illustration of articles talking about releases. How it should work? Instead of giving software examples, for me it is more motivating to see this: http://ericwhitacre.com/the-virtual-choir and not to forget how it worked: http://ericwhitacre.com/the-virtual-choir/credits/production Did you noticed thank you note? Video with a real face saying thank you to all that contributed. -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+owner@opensuse.org
