[opensuse-artwork] Social Media 12.3 Themed
Hello again Tonight I worked on a couple more things that can help spread 12.3. I added backgrounds for Facebook, Google, and Twitter. Have you tested these size resolutions? Seems they are suboptimal. I installed the twitter one, and it is cut off. Alot of whitespace along the bottom and right side of the screen. It should be 1600x900 pixels in order to fully maximize space ratio. Also for Facebook, it should be 851x315px. Also, don't upload the FB one as it is an "Out now1' banner. I agree, I really like the stuff you guys did. I uploaded the G+ one to - well, the openSUSE G+ account of course :D I'll see if I can update some other accounts, too, like facebook. I've also been modifying some images, I want to use the twitter background in my blog but want a higher resolution for that - so I've made a 1080p version. Uploaded it to github, feel free to pretty-fy ;-) Also made a banner for oSC13 like we had last year - last year I used the one for the website in my blog, so I made a newer one with the same size and uploaded it to the same URL. You can do more, try to make one ;-) Look for an earlier article like this on news.o.o, I think there will probably be one. We can include the openSUSE Conference banners we worked on today.
