Hi Vic, Ok I don't like it too much but my personnal tastes are mine :-) But the rules for Leap (and especially for anything that concern the branding) should stay stable during the whole 42x series. The up(d|gr)ate to 42.2 should not be that disruptive and so users should stay on a well known environment. This is how I understood the leap concept. But starting to prepare some 42.2. banner (like the wallpaper you publish not that long ago on your blog) with the Leap branding will be certainly appreciated. \<O>/ -- Bruno Friedmann Ioda-Net Sàrl www.ioda-net.ch Bareos Partner, openSUSE Member, fsfe fellowship GPG KEY : D5C9B751C4653227 irc: tigerfoot -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+owner@opensuse.org

I agree, wholeheartedly. Additionally, 42.1 is one of those releases with _awesome_ art. Our art has always been good, but once in a while, it's amazing, and deserves to hold on a bit longer... I'd argue 42.1 is one of those releases, and that should be reason alone to carry the art forward. I would suggest though, that Tumbleweed would be a good place for an art refresh, and maybe on a semi-regular basis... it could be an opportunity to use Tumbleweed to further refine Leap ;-) -- James Mason Technical Architect, Public Cloud openSUSE Member SUSE jmason@suse.com
Victor! Nice art! Congratz. Victor++ Regards Aslan

Thats great, please upload or send me the SVG, there is a couple of enlightenment themes i'm working on at the moment that really don't work well with the current leap wallpaper (black doesn't work everywhere) as such they probably won't become the default theme for 42.X (maybe 43.X) but If I get time I hope to ship at least 1 with Leap 42.2 and Tumbleweed using a different wallpaper and this wallpaper would fit really well. Screenshots below (Note the themes are a work in progress and have some issues) https://www.enlightenment.org/ss/e-57d0ad9b15dce3.63128620.jpg https://www.enlightenment.org/ss/e-57d0af8433c098.09343257.jpg -- Simon Lees (Simotek) http://simotek.net Emergency Update Team keybase.io/simotek SUSE Linux Adeliade Australia, UTC+9:30 GPG Fingerprint: 5B87 DB9D 88DC F606 E489 CEC5 0922 C246 02F0 014B

Hi ! Please note that the svg file that I made it's a bit different from the file that you setup in your screenshot. That wallpaper was made by Marcus, and I don't have the source files.
