[opensuse-artwork] Another Proposal
Hello friends Here is an SVG wallpaper proposal for a default wallpaper on openSUSE 13.1. I tried to go for typical bamboo reeds and a dark background. The design reminds me a lot of regular plants that one can feature in an office so the idea here is to link that to the wallpaper. There is also a very subtle complexity on the graphics. I tried toning down the green strength so that it does not become busy. I hope you like it. http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/h414/anditosan/LeafWallpaper_zps9a3e2bdb... Now remember that this submissions will end in about 6 weeks, at which time "Ilmehtar" will work with the images and start the packaging process and then the rest of the designs will continue to come up. It is great seeing that a few of you have made submissions and be sure that they are taken into account once an overall design for the next distribution is started based on the chosen wallpaper. Good work Andy. The only thing that I find confusing for the eyes is fact that due to transparency, it keeps my brain looking for a bamboo bush all the time, which it can't find. Which one is better I can't say: * current that attracts attention, or * 3D where is clear what is foreground and what background, that will look not that special. -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+owner@opensuse.org

I agree! Looking at it more it does feel like there is a lack of consistency with the transparent elements. Let me see what I can do! -- Andy (anditosan) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+owner@opensuse.org
