By the way, I've made a minimalist theme already featuring: * Wallpaper (auto-resizes for the correct resolution) - used the wallpaper from 11.3 boot available on git. * Logo - openSUSE logo in white with 80% transparency. * Boots exactly like splashboot, except I don't have a throbber :( - The logo is a bit bigger, but can be changed to whatever required. * On shutdown I have different thing going on... black wallpaper (offers higher contrast to shutdown messages from Plymouth) without throbber and with the openSUSE logo (in green) flashing in the middle of the screen. I've called it 'plymouth-lizard-theme', to avoid coalitions with any possible official themes coming later. The way it's done, it will most likely provide the same integration as splashboot for Studio. I'm not sure on where to make available the sources of this, and there's some code cleanups to be done. If anyone wants to make this through into git mail me. I'll mail the source code (1.5Mb), else it will go soon to my OBS repository once I fund a throbber. I'm a big fan of plymouth and it's landing on openSUSE soon I hope. I've had a small talk with Spyhawk who is doing the implementation and we traded some ideas/thoughts.

I've offered myself to do a minimal theme for plymouth to resemble the most with the current bootsplash we use.

I will need some artwork for it, namely for the throbber, as the logo's and backgrounds are not an issue since I'm using the ones shipped with 11.3.

Anyone willing to design a throbber that I can use? I've attached a throbber from the PAW theme (in which I'm basing my theme, as it's simple enough and should provide integration easilly with studio (1 wallpaper, 1 logo and a throbber).
