[opensuse-artwork] openSUSE Logo guidelines
Hi all, not sure if a SUSE employeer is reading this, but I guess he/she should take care about the topic: the branding guidelines still make use of the old logo with the TM sign instead of the new ones with the (R) sign: http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Artwork_brand Also the wrong logos are linked from git. Are you able to make the change? Thank you Andy (anditosan) On Tue, Aug 28, 2012 at 5:07 AM, Marcus Moeller <marcus.moeller@gmx.ch> wrote:

I think that Robert is taking things too seriously. Whether a contributor can be asked or not asked to do something is not taboo in the artwork team. We all participate with what we can. My question relayed mostly to the supposition that since Markus was able to notice this mistake on the repo, that he could be asked, if time availed, to make the appropriate correction. As far why I cannot do it, it is simply because I just sold my laptop and I am currently running on my iPad, while I wait for my new laptop. Otherwise, i would have, more than gladly done it. As far as I know, there is no git app for the iPad. Currently the work that should unite us all is the release. Our personal sensibilities are just that, personal. Markus did not speak abut this issue himself, likely because he does not have the time. But we can all speak for ourselves. With my limited resources, I can take a look into the logo issue and correct it. But I will need the team's help on that. Dear Adni.

The old logos just shouldn't be used anymore. I could take care of updating them, but it may take a few days. I am not sure if the updated logos are already in git, but I am going to check that.
