[opensuse-artwork] Artwork TODOs for 11.4

Coolo pointed out that there are still some outstanding artwork tasks for 11.4: * YaST theme * gfxboot (the first branding you see when you boot a CD/usb stick In addition the QA team have observed that the stripes background is hard to read console text on (bootsplash-branding-openSUSE). Any takers to help complete these?
