[opensuse-artwork] LXDE LXPanel gtk theme proposal for openSUSE 13.2

Hi. I'm making a gtk theme for LXDE's LXPanel. I'd like to get some feedback. There is a light and a dark versión. I don't like the dark one a lot, but I know that people like dark stuff.
