[opensuse-artwork] [Submit] One click install source

Hi, guys, Nothings special, I just saw the out side link for our one-click-install source on wiki is no longer accessable. So recreated a new source with traditional looks and Flat UI looks, the latter can be adopted by websites like muktware That's it...our artwork repo is too big to check out...some one please help committing it...
