During the 12.2 development I've asked on bugzilla feedback to users who were complaining ... Guess what : no feedback receive.
I see...users sometimes _just complain_ instead of finding a solution together... especially when he doesn't know how to design such things...
I'll document such greeter tutorial in artwork portal later, I'm drafting it on zh wiki... so that next our users may know what is doable and what is not. (like a lightdm like gdm theme is not doable)
If you find any better way to handle the situation, I will be the first to accept a sr against branding and also recreate the package an push a updated version (but then I fear that the conservative attitude will freeze the update for 12.2) But if we motivate the decision it could be doable.
I think we get enough feedbacks to take it as a "bug"...some heavy users already comment on that thread. I think our maintanence team will understand this case.
Marguerite, open a bug on bnc, and assign the task to you (or me) So we can handle the process to make a update easier to follow for everyone around.
Okay...I'll open a bug report and do some after work to make all other modes work, then we make the update.
Thank to improve ... Thanks for taking my work : - )
Marguerite I saw your work on kde-look.org. Many thanks :D
