I wouldn't be as harsh as mfoxx was :-) But I would say there are design issues here as the request is for a poster format. This layout is in landscape format and folks are going to be less likely to be able to put up a poster somewhere that takes up so much space from left to right. It should be in portrait format. which is what most posters are typically hung up as.
