[opensuse-artwork] KDM Theme

Hi all, I know I've said I would take care of the KDM theme, but sadly I do not find the time. I would suggest to use the same shape as for the ksplash theme (maybe a bit larger). And please do not forget to add userlist support in some kind of form.
