[opensuse-artwork] IRC Channel Re-direct

Hi all. we have once agreed to make use of the opensuse-marketing IRC channel instead of opensuse-artwork. I have now requested at admin @ o.o to redirect all requests on the opensuse-artwork channel to opensuse-marketing. I will let you know when this has been done.
