I don't have a good suggestion on what it could look like - but it should at least look professional, not playful (we have a release announcement on news.o.o which can be all playful, this one is for official business).
What'd yah think? It isn't a MUST HAVE but we have at least a week so maybe someone can come up with something...

Hey Jos I created this simple letterhead. I tried to keep one color to show identity and differentiation once you type the letter with black. Hopefully it works PS: You need to still change the bottom area where information about the conference goes. Add a full address.
