Hello again
I have received comments recently of my performance as a team coordinator. It may seem that some think that this performance is not up to the standards of the community and have asked repeatedly for it to change.
Scott nicely summarized situation. If you feel that being coordinator is taking time from stuff that you like more to do, then we have to look for another person, but if criticism is all that bothers you then forget idea to step down. Criticism from people frustrated because some plans are falling short of (unrealistic) expectations is not valid. If someone needs artwork on time, then there is a solution, hire a guy that will have 8 hours a day for that, and then when job is not done you have all rights to vent out frustration. Whole team is small and we have daily duties that keeps us offline most of the day. Some have multiple interests and artwork is sharing time with them. You can't do anything about that and it will not change with someone else as coordinator. Talk to Kenneth, ask him for advice, he is the guy with experience, and in short time with art team he was very helpful. -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+owner@opensuse.org
