Coolo pointed out that there are still some outstanding artwork tasks for 11.4:
* YaST theme * gfxboot (the first branding you see when you boot a CD/usb stick
In addition the QA team have observed that the stripes background is hard to read console text on (bootsplash-branding-openSUSE).
Any takers to help complete these?
I have just sent a message to Henne about this. I can help.
Thanks!
First of all, I would like to see KDE's and GNOME's default wallpaper for 11.4.
What do you mean by this? AFAIK we are using the Stripes SUSE variants produced by Ivan Cukic at gnokii's suggestion. Ivan is doing a Celadon green since we felt that the initial green was too dark - I've sent you the preview off-list.
I am not sure if GNOME also chose the Stripes wallpaper. Well, I wouldn't like to see another 11.2 where the bootsplash/wallpaper combination doesn't look good. Got the preview. Thanks. Greetings, -- Javier Llorente
