Heh, I didn't realize you could put an image on top of a code. Thought it had to be unfettered.
How much of the code can be obscured depends on the level of error correction. http://www.paperlinks.com/designercodes.php
I suggest we not create a single QR code but rather customize them to apply to the relevant material.at hand. Whether it be in a brochure, on poster, or in a magazine, the content of the QR code matters more than having a standardized QR code.
I agree that different content can be used for different topics. I was thinking more along the lines of "if you want a QR code for http://opensuse.org, use this one." Maybe when the black stickers run out we do something that actually has a connection to the rest of our ecosystem, instead of just a logo. -- James Mason SUSE Studio Developer openSUSE Member 2925 Roeder Ave Ste 300 Bellingham, WA 98225-2065 USA +1 360.752.6707 james.mason@suse.com ---------- SUSE ---------- Great Minds UnITe - BrainShare 2011 - Register at novell.com/brainshare -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+owner@opensuse.org
