We are the distro with the slogan "have a lot of fun!" so something funny and happy in my opinion is more than fine. Let SLE be all boring and professional, openSUSE is about fun.

I'm otherwise not a huge fan of the design myself, it doesn't fit with the GSOC 2012 artwork and has all these fonts on it. I would have the 'summer of code' part from the flags, maybe. And we do need some other text, maybe just "Join us!". I do like the suggestion of the big "we need you" geeko, too, people love the geeko...
Sizes would have to be A3 and such, btw.
