Wow, this looks kind of cool! I always loved floral patterns in the background. One thing we should think about: IMHO there should not be too much change within several minor releases (11.x). This ensures visual continuity and shows that this version does belong to a line of releases. This theme sure does look brilliant but I wonder if it was not better to use it in the next major release (12.0). Ok, that's a long time to wait but it would be sad to drop new visual styles every release, although they could evolve much more.
