This looks inconsistent to me:

This is a known issue. Kdump does not build for armv6/7 anymore, but some patterns requires it unconditionally for all architectures. So, openSUSE-release package did not rebuild for armv6/7 and thus, the snapshot number is currently blocked, while packages are still updated. The fixes were already sent but are still waiting for a merge. Cheers, Guillaume
