[opensuse-arm] Dynamic linker change for ARM finally coming...
Richard just accepted my patch (taken from upstream GCC trunk) to build for ARM with the new dynamic linker path. Once this is in Factory/12.2, ARM should be completely rebuild. Please give it proper testing.
