[opensuse-arm] flash player is missing?
Hi, I have boot opensuse armo on my mele A1000(Allwinner A10 Cpu: Cortex-A8@1.2GHz). IceWM and xfce is ok. But I found that there is no flash player included in opensuse arm. Is it true? Do we have plan to work on it? There are lots of website counting on it. Thanks. bamvor -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-arm+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-arm+owner@opensuse.org

Hrm. I'm not aware of an official Adobe flash player build for non-Android on ARM. And even that one is cancelled now IIRC. However, you could give gnash a try :). Maybe it works for you? IIRC there is a clause in the Adobe Redistribution Agreement that limits redistribution rights to desktop only - no mobile devices. As such, we would not be able to redistribute even if we wanted to. AFAICS mele A1000 is a TV settop box, which I'd say is much closer to a desktop PC than to a mobile device. cu Reinhard -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-arm+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-arm+owner@opensuse.org
