[opensuse-arm] kdump on arm
Hello, Is kdump supposed to work on armv7l? Which kernel should I use as kdump kernel? kdumptool doesn't like -default for me: # kdumptool find_kernel Kernel '/boot/vmlinux-4.6.0-1.gd9e67cc-default' is not suitable for kdump. Please change KDUMP_KERNELVER in /etc/sysconfig/kdump. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-arm+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-arm+owner@opensuse.org

Yeah, the makedumptool hasn't been ported to armv7 yet. To be honest I'm a bit confused about its current state, as it seems to be significantly different from the tool included in other distros that have successful ports to armv7 already :/ If you can figure out which patches are missing that'd be great..
