[opensuse-arm] getbinaries: missing packages: kernel-obs-build

HI! I'm trying to build package pdns-recursor for rasperry pi: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:stroeder:branches:server:dns/pd... But it fails with: getbinaries: missing packages: kernel-obs-build Any clue how to work around this? Many thanks in advance? I also wonder why this package is not available in http://download.opensuse.org/ports/armv6hl/factory/repo/oss/ Ciao, Michael.
