[opensuse-arm] Cubietruck built-in Ethernet broken with kernel 4.2

Hi, Updating from 4.1 to 4.2 breaks the built-in Ethernet on Cubietruck, possibly Allwinner based boards as well (kernel-lpae and -default). As a workaround, a USB Ethernet adapter can restore eth0 for ssh access. Serial console output is still not working for me. A quick glance at the configs reveals # CONFIG_DWMAC_SUNXI is not set on both packages - not yet sure if related.
