[opensuse-arm] Patches for Firefox on ARM

Hi, On the OBS Factory:ARM Firefox page [0], it is written: "Before submitting changes please check http://www.rosenauer.org/hg/mozilla/ as fixes are often already made there but not synced to this project." Does it mean that all fixes in this repo will be pushed to Factory and it is not necessary to submit a patch?
