Just tried the image for the Raspberry Pi 3 openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-JeOS-raspberrypi3_aarch64.aarch64-2016.09.27- Build6.1.raw.xz and I have a working system. The only problem I had was, when I had a USB storage device connected, the system did not continue in the boot process, or I was too inpatient.
