[opensuse-arm] 12.3 release schedule

Aloha all, I've been asked by the guys preping the release announcement for 12.3 about the status fo ARM and if it will be available for release alongside x86. My initial response was to say it will be a few weeks late, but would confirm. Is my assumption correct that we will not have a release in time? Would it be fair to say that the next ARM release will be in the middle of April?
