We already have a repo for that here: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=openSUSE%3AFactory%3AARM%3AC... If the name is too generic for the packages, we can always create a new one. Since Andreas is the owner of that Tegra sub-project, please coordinate with him on how to work on it :).
