Wow, this looks pretty broken indeed. According to the build log, the build aborted right after it finished. Maybe someone rescued the package out of there, but didn't actually put it into the repository so it can be downloaded.
The package has never been able to build all the way through in the :12.3 repository, the only successfully built packages come from the :Factory repository.
Dirk, do you happen to have an idea what's going on there? Or maybe a way to fix this?
If you want to fix it you need to fix the Foundation model so that it doesn't crash.
