Hello.
I am running openSUSE 12.3 for aarch64 (openSUSE-12.3-AArch64-JeOS-alpha1.raw) and trying to install gcc47 from here:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/ARM:/AArch64:/12.3/standard...
But this package requires glibc-devel and glibc-devel I am unable to find. I found linux-glibc-devel package but it doesn't help :(
So, how can I proceed? Should I install gcc using rpm's --nodeps option
or glibc-devel rpm is available somewhere?
nothing ever will compile without glibc-devel the repository is probably broken. Thank you for the answer, Cristian. So my options are: wait for repository to be fixed or cross-build glibc-devel myself?
Wow, this looks pretty broken indeed. According to the build log, the build aborted right after it finished. Maybe someone rescued the package out of there, but didn't actually put it into the repository so it can be downloaded. Dirk, do you happen to have an idea what's going on there? Or maybe a way to fix this? Alex -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-arm+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-arm+owner@opensuse.org
