I am having problems to install a package for Leap 15.4 for the
architecture aarch64. Even a "zypper ref" stalls and finally gives a
timeout.
I started using Leap 15.4 on the Raspberry Pi 4 all over again and the
problem is gone.
Now the problem is back.

After another reboot, it works again!!!
