[opensuse-arm] serial number of Raspberry Pi 3B+ ?

      For the MPEG2 licensing, it seems I need the Raspi's internal 16-digit
serial number - apparently available from /proc/cpuinfo.  However, not
with openSUSE:

# cat /proc/cpuinfo
processor       : 0
BogoMIPS        : 38.40
Features        : fp asimd evtstrm crc32 cpuid
CPU implementer : 0x41
CPU architecture: 8

Where do I find it?
