[opensuse-arm] yast2-country patch in openSUSE:Factory:ARM needed

Dear all, Can someone please apply the attached patch to: openSUSE:Factory:ARM yast2-country It's quite urgent as this one should build yast2 . The problem is that I cant create a submit request against openSUSE:Factory:ARM, this package is a unique openSUSE:Factory:ARM version. Regards, Joop.
