[opensuse-arm] CPU frequency / temperature management for NanoPi NEO

Hi, I tried to rsync some Gigabytes of files to my NanoPi NEO and suddenly it stopped working: It had run really hot. Do we have some kind of CPU heat- or frequency-control available?
