Yes, if you have a working kernel and u-boot for it, it's a matter of throwing our rootfs onto it. It's also fairly similar to the Origen board. So maybe you could even create a working SD card image for the Odroid-X2 based on that one. Please bear in mind that exynos4 support is in abysmal state upstream.
